Balsamic feta chicken

Serves 6

Tip: To avoid overcooking, insert a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the breast. Cook to 165 F.

  1. Add 6 chicken breasts.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  3. Add 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon paprika.
  6. Add 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme.
  7. Add 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
  8. Add 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard.
  9. Coat the chicken.
  10. Marinate chicken breasts for at least 20 minutes.
  11. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 F.
  12. Sprinkle each chicken breast with 1 tablespoon feta cheese.
