Barbecue turkey burger
Serves 2

- Add 1/2 pound ground turkey breast.
- Add 1 cup chopped onion.
- Add 1/2 cup dry oats.
- Add 1/4 cup ketchup.
- Add 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
- Add 1 teaspoon chili powder.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
- Add 1 teaspoon paprika.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
- Form into two 4-ounce patties.
- Cook 5 minutes on each side to internal temperature of 160 F.
- Let rest 5 minutes.
