Chicken sausage meatballs

Serves 5

Tip: Store uncooked meatballs in the fridge overnight or freeze for up to 3 months. It’s the perfect make-ahead meal.

  1. Add 1/4 cup chopped onion.
  2. Add 1 3/4 teaspoon minced garlic.
  3. Cook 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Add 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Add 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
  6. Add 3/4 teaspoon ground fennel.
  7. Add 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt.
  8. Add 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper.
  9. Add 1 pound ground chicken breast.
  10. Stir until well-combined.
  11. Form 1-inch meatballs.
  12. Bake 15 minutes at 350 F.
