Seared scallops

Tip: Scallops also pair well with tarragon, dill, parsley, basil, paprika, Old Bay seasoning or blackening seasoning.

  1. Add a pinch of pepper.
  2. Add a pinch of salt.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme.
  5. Coat 8 sea scallops with seasonings mixture.
  6. Add 1 teaspoon olive oil.
  7. Let sear for 3 minutes on each side.
