Shrimp kebabs
Serves 2
Tip: Make this quick weeknight shrimp with the dried herbs in your pantry. For a special occasion, use fresh rosemary and tarragon.
- Add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Add juice of 1 lemon.
- Add 1 teaspoon dried rosemary.
- Add 1 teaspoon dried tarragon.
- Add 2 teaspoons finely minced garlic.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
- Place 12 peeled and deveined shrimp into marinade.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Arrange on 2 soaked wood skewers.
- Place on grill.
- Cook 2 minutes on each side.
