Turkey breast burgers for two

Tip: This meatloaf-style burger mixture is tasty. If your mix is too wet, add up to 1/4 cup of panko bread crumbs.

  1. Add 1/2 pound ground turkey breast.
  2. Add 1/2 cup chopped onion.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro.
  4. Add 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
  5. Add 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
  6. Add 1/2 teaspoon cumin.
  7. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  8. Add 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  9. Add 1 egg.
  10. Form the mixture into 2 4-ounce patties.
  11. Cook for 5 minutes on each side.
  12. Serve on 2 whole-grain buns.
