Mamie Laverock, known for her role as Rosaleen Sullivan on Hallmark’s When Calls the Heart, is out of surgery and doing well after being on life support following a fall from a balcony.

“Focusing now on Mamie’s surgery today. Her body has been shattered,” read a recent update shared via Laverock’s GoFundMe page. “She has undergone two 11-hour surgeries with two doctors working on her, a three-hour surgery and another surgery today. We have nothing but gratitude for the doctors and nurses who have been exemplary in her care since May 26.”

“Mamie is ‘doing well’ comparatively to when she arrived. Doing well because she has survived these extensive surgeries,” the statement added. “She is enduring tremendous pain and continues to not give up. We can only hold onto the miracles of each day and continue to thank everyone for their prayers and marvel at the miracles of her story.”

Erin Krakow, Laverock’s co-star and executive producer on When Calls the Heart, posted an update on her Instagram story on Sunday on behalf of Laverock’s family. The post featured a photo of Laverock and a link to her GoFundMe page, expressing the family’s “immense gratitude.” Krakow informed fans that the family would no longer be providing updates on Laverock’s health, as they will be “focusing on healing.”
